Programme Support Officer

We are currently looking to recruit a Programme Support Officer for a contract role based at Westlakes, Moor Row.

The role will require the following key skills:„X
-Good communication with stakeholders at all levels.
-Good Client Management skills i.e. tactful, resolute and committed to providing excellent customer service.
-Ability to plan and organise self and work in order to achieve objectives and targets. Is determined to deliver outcomes and is able to overcome obstacles in order to move forward.
-Has a flexible approach to change, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and looks to the future.
-Good written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including senior management.
-Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, suppliers and stakeholders. Understands the importance of developing effective partnership relationships with key suppliers. Capable of training, supervising and managing staff in project management and business analysis.
-Good experience in Microsoft Desktop packages.
-Experience of working in the nuclear/programme environment.
-Good experience coordinating a complex programme of work.
-Track record of delivery on management and financial control.
-Experience of interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams and managing relationships.
-Experience with planning, reporting and analysis skills.
-Good communication, representation and presentation skills.
-Numerate with the ability to engage with statistical analysis.

Required Qualifications/ Experience:
-Educated to degree level.
-Experienced at managing programme, projects and budgets.
-Ideally trained in Programme and Project Management, though practical experience of managing projects within teams.
-At least 5 years¡¦ practical experience of managing people and leading teams.
-Member of the Association of Project Managers.
-Attainment of Managing Successful Programmes.
