The Role: Graduate Internal Account Manager Sector: Technology

Pareto have shared a successful relationship with Avaya for a number of years. Avaya are recruiting for an Internal Account Manager role based in Guildford, Surrey. Alongside an English speaking role up for grabs, if you speak Italian or Norwegian to a high level, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities as a Graduate Internal Account Manager:

– Provide sales support to multiple assigned Territory Account Managers to meet or exceed a quota target that is shared with the assigned TAMs
– Operate as an integral part of the assigned field account teams to achieve the shared quota through new business generation. Participate in a regular cadence of account team meetings to support all sales activities. (No travel required)
– Coordinate customer and partner participation in local business development events under the direction of assigned field TAMs. Sell alongside partners to close sales opportunities and serve as the primary point of contact for partners and customers on smaller opportunities and less complex solutions
– Act in a timely fashion on qualified leads generated as an outcome of marketing events. Actively engage assigned account manager to hand off large or complex opportunities.

– Essential: Educated to degree level
– Speak Norwegian fluently
– Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate
