Due to continued success and growth, Imperial London Hotels have an exciting full time opportunity to join the Bar Department as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor.

What will I be responsible for?

Reporting to the Head of Bars, the successful Restaurant & Bar Supervisor will be responsible for:

– Supervising staff ensuring the restaurant & bar runs smoothly.
– Training new starters.
– Allocating tasks and duties to members of the team.
– Assisting with taking orders and serving customers.
– Ensuring cleanliness and presentation is maintained throughout the restaurant & bar.
– Ensuring that all staff adhere to licensing law, quality control and health and safety requirements. 
– You will also assist with the provision of a bar&dininng service at various functions and events within the Group, as required.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal Restaurant & Bar Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:

– Experience working as a bar or restaurant supervisor.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Good level of verbal and written English.
– Leadership skills.
– Knowledge of latest drink, cocktail mixing and stock control.
– A qualification in hospitality is desirable however not essential.

Bar & Restaurant Supervisor
Full Time 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: £26,000per year(Live In)
