Property/ Facilities Administrator
As a Property/Facilities Administrator you will manage the internal facilities and maintenance portal including assigning maintenance requests, contacting contactors, and managing the day to day effective running of the Seetec offices. Processing all contractor invoices including accurately coding onto internal system Liaising with Landlords and their agents Carrying out premises searches and on occasions undertake viewings around the country Order, manage and arrange for delivery of furniture orders Make amendments to office layouts using CAD or Visio computer based system Be prepared to undertake some light manual duties as required Help and assist in the preparation of tender documents for contractors in respect of new fit out or dilapidation works. Assist in the annual review of the company’s utility contracts Inform the local authority when offices are occupied or have been vacated and complete the necessary VOA forms for each individual office.

Skills and Experience
Knowledge of CAD/Visio based systems Good verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft packages Good organisational skills with the ability to work on own initiative Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and Building Regulations Must have full clean driving Licence Previous experience in a Commercial Property dept, including knowledge of building maintenance would be an advantage
