Business Analyst (Agile)

Business Analyst with proven experience of working on Web/Digital Service development projects following Agile/Scrum methods, ideally within Governmental organisations or similar is required. The successful applicant will be joining a Team of Developers, User Experience specialists, User Researchers, Testers and Project Managers working in a fast paced Agile environment creating new digital products and services. Applicants will be required to gather Digital/Web service user requirements from user groups and stakeholders to produce detailed functional specifications, business process flow diagrams, interface designs, GUI mock-ups and wireframes etc.

Applicants applying MUST have proven experience of gathering business requirements for Web/Digital services whilst working in a fast paced Agile/Scrum environment, ideally within Governmental organisations or similar. Applicants MUST be experienced in business change, rationalisation and transformation. Applicants MUST have strong business user & stakeholder interaction skills and be able to produce detailed functional specifications/diagrams/designs/wireframes and mock-ups that can easily be interpreted by developers and end users.

Successful applicants will be required to gain Basic level Scottish Disclosure clearance before starting on site.
