Salary: £54,000 – £78,000 per year

We are looking for a Building Services Engineer to join this high calibre construction company who specialise in new build, fit out and refurbishment projects.

Building Services Engineer – key roles and responsibilities:
* Contribute engineering services to proposal team for inclusion in tender proposals
* Represent the company at prequalification and tender meetings and presentations assisting to win new projects
* Attend and chair, where appropriate, meetings with designers, specialist contractors and other team members
* Contribute to project reports and attend project meetings
* Review designers and contractor’s drawings
* Check ongoing installations for compliance with contract requirements
* Hands on management of building services trade contractors
* Manage the successful closing out of projects
Building Services Engineer – qualifications, skills and experience:
* Proven experience in a Building Services Engineering capacity
* Confidence in your own ability
* Visible on site rather than desk bound – supporting and encouraging the team in order to deliver
* Ability to become heavily involved with the detail of the project, knowing the details of drawings and interfaces on site inside out
* Collaborative approach to work
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
