-Delivery of solutions to customers experiencing payment difficulties
– Managing the litigation process via liaison with appointed solicitors
– Daily interaction with customers, information gathering and identifying payment plans
– Regular interaction with solicitors and courts to ensure the process is completed

Arrears & Litigation Executive – The Candidate:

– Experience of the litigation process
– The ideal candidate will be logical and be able to build excellent relationships with customers
– Strong administration background is essential
– Ability to make decisions, excellent analytical thinking
