Looking for a Shift Maintenance Helpdesk Co-Ordinator to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Leeds on an exciting contract within the public sector
As the Shift Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator, you’re responsible for the planning and dispatching of Reactive & Planned works

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
• Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders working towards SLA’s
• Prioritizing urgent jobs Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
• Compiling and sending out technician reports via email/PDA.
• Provide great customer service to internal and external clients.
• Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently Generic administration duties

A level of clearance would be needed due to the nature of the contract.
