Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
Field Sales Executive – Portmouth – UNCAPPED OTE
£20,000 – £25,000 basic £40k + OTE in first year

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales, Business Development Manager with a fresh dynamic approach to join a well-established Sales team immediately.
Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however you must be flexible to business needs and requirements. Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per yearbasic, £40k OTE
As the Sales, Business Development Manager you will be expected to complete 30% of the sales yourself and 70% of your time will be motivating and training team, therefore this role is for a very pro-active target driven Sales Manager with business to business sales experience WHO THINKS OUTSIDE OF THE BOX!
The ideal candidate:
* Background of Field Sales
* Confident in B2B sales and face to face.
* Must have great negotiation and presentation skills.
* Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
* Must have drive and determined to achieve a goal
* Must be extremely professional and polished both in appearance and communication
