We are recruiting a rare and exciting role for a very reputable company in the Leeds area.
Our client is a brand management business who have a dedicated team of specialist packaging design, artwork and reprographics experts.
The Artwork proof reader will have a minimum of 2 years quality control experience and will be responsible for working on behalf of a high profile client.
The successful applicants will therefore need to have the following attributes, experience and skill sets.

General

Repro to all print specifications in Adobe Illustrator/Esko plugins
Outputting colour correct digital proofs.
Checking own work prior to releasing files to printers.

Essential knowledge

Of all graphics software packages Illustrator, Photoshop, Artpro & Acrobat
Understanding of all packaging printing processes (Flexo, Litho, Dry Offset & Gravure).

Essential Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills.
Conscientious & self motivated.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work well within a team.
Ability to multi task & manage workload under pressure.

Qualifications/experience required

Minimum of two years experience of packaging software in particular Adobe Creative Suite
Minimum three years experience in the Graphics industry, and good understanding of all pre-press and print products and services
