Dynamic Customer Services Representatives required to join our expanding team in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. We provide a range of IT Services & Software solutions to companies throughout the UK & Ireland.
We are looking for permanent Customer Services Representatives to join our existing team in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will be speaking with existing clients to develop relationships, identify customer needs and introduce Opensoft products and services.
Skills and experience required: highly enthusiastic, excellent telephone manner, previous experience of a customer service role, tenacity/desire to meet objectives, willingness to learn new skills, good team player and the ability to achieve individual and team targets.
The hours of work are 8.45 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Salary for a Customer Services Representative: circa £26,000 per year + bonus (Realistic OTE £22-25,000 +) dependant upon skills and experience.
