Salary: £90,000 – £96,000 per year
Kenna Recruitment are representing a top tier developer, based in Newbury, who are in the market for a Project Manager to join their team. This project is 450 units of traditional brick and block build. Working with and reporting to a Contract Manager and managing a team of 2 site managers.

About the role:
You’ll be liaising with the Contracts Manager providing regular reports on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.
The ideal candidate will have experiance on traditional build schemes as a number 1 site manager.

- Providing regular updates
- Meet deadlines
Requirements:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First aid cert
