Property Manager / Residential Property Manager

Residential Property Manager required for a local reputable established residential Block Management Company. IRPM qualification would be an advantage but not necessary.

This is a full time permanent position with a competitive salary and excellent working environment. Working for an established local company.

You will be overseeing the day to day maintenance of leasehold and freehold properties. Attending client board meetings, including AGM’s. Dealing with flat owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form. You will also be assisting with the project management of major internal an external works along with the relevant professional consultant.

Knowledge of relevant Landlord and tenant Act, RICS and ARMA Guidelines and Regulations would be an advantage.

This is a very demanding post and needs someone with a fair, level and diplomatic disposition. Knowledge of building maintenance and construction would be an advantage.

The salary starts at £30,000.
