Warehouse Operative Relief Driver

Temp to Perm – Immediate Start
£26,000 per year

Responsibilities:
• Lifting and carrying of goods
• Receiving and checking for quantity and quality of goods
• Picking / Packing of goods and quality of goods
• Delivering and collecting goods as per requirements including loading and unloading products
• Company Annual stock taking
• At all times work in accordance with the company’s Health & Safety policy and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Taking and receiving and processing of customer orders and enquiries
• Communicate in a professional manner with all staff, to be supportive and courteous at all times and maintain good working relationships
• To show a continued commitment to develop product knowledge / machine skills and attend training courses if required to do so

Person Specification:
• Experience of working in a Warehouse
• Previous driving experience is essential
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
• Flexible and a team player
• A fork lift licence and an NVQ2 in Warehouse and Storage ideal but not essential
