Salary: £96,000 – £120,000 per year
Our client is a progressive African flower producer and marketing organisation and are looking for a European-based Commercial Director to help the company develop and mature into a substantial player in the European market.
With an excellent reputation in the trade and exports all over the world, our client is keen to drive their business forward, particularly within the UK and Western Europe as well as Asia and America. To this end they have asked us to help them find a natural sales professional and entrepreneurial business developer to find and nurture new opportunities as well as grow the existing client base.
The role could be based in Holland or the UK but in the latter case would involve regular travel to Holland as well as Africa and all over Europe and elsewhere.
Our client wants a dynamic and very personable self-starter with excellent experience of the horticulture, fresh produce or fresh food sectors dealing with a variety of customers in retail, wholesale or “trade” and who is extremely commercially savvy regarding business relationships.
They will be smart, articulate and very ambitious and keen to drive their career forward.
Location: Holland or the UK
