Compliance Manager

Salary: £31,200 – £33,600 per year

Butler Rose is supporting a rapidly growing organisation based on the M27 Corridor, near to Southampton and Portsmouth, to recruit a Senior Compliance Manager.

Working closely with the Directors this is a critical position to manage compliance and Anti Money Laundering processes and projects for the UK and across other locations. You will play a key role in developing plans and managing the execution of projects whilst considering the impact of regulatory changes. You will also manage the roll out of training for new processes and procedures to ensure staff are fully engaged.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 10 years relevant experience gained within a compliance role, ideally within the alternative investments or fund management sector and will possess a strong knowledge of the UK regulatory requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to plan and prioritise are key skills. The company offers a truly positive working environment with a record of successful career development.
