SALARY: Up to £24 `000 to 26`000 + Performance Related Bonus

We have a rare and fantastic opportunity for a HUNGRY Assistant Manager to develop their career in a growing independent with a strong portfolio of hotel, restaurant, inns and wedding event properties.

We are seeking strong hospitality professionals who can work independently and enjoy autonomy.

It is essential that you can fit into an already established team and a business that is already trading strongly, however we are looking for an Assistant Manager that can create a positive drive, buzz, develop and lead the team in a highly motivated and inspiring way.

Assistant Manager – Hotel, Restaurant, Bar and Weddings

This will be a rewarding role with the opportunity to progress within an expanding independent company. This can be a first appointment for a high flying Deputy / Operations Manager from the hotel or hospitality or restaurant industry or an excellent challenge for a current Assistant manager, Restaurant manager, bar Manager, F&B Manager or Hospitality Manager. Ideally we are seeking a professional that has experience across Hotel, Restaurant and Bar.
