Salary: £15.6 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of HGV Class 1 Drivers based in the surrounding areas of Andover and Petersfield, to join an expanding company on a contract basis.
As a HGV Class 1 Driver your duties will include:
• Delivering chilled / ambient / frozen to distribution centres / Multi Drop
• Night trunking.
• General haulage that involves delivering goods to its clients RDC`s as requested.
To be a successful HGV Class 1 Driver you will have the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience of class 1 driving in the UK and checkable work history.
• No more than 6 points on your license, no DD / DR codes, for insurance purposes.
• Knowledge of driver`s hours and WTD.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• A valid license.
• Digital tachograph card and CPC card.
• Previous commercial driving experience.
A variety of shifts are available, nights, days, weekdays and weekends and nights away – (optional).
In return you will receive a salary of:
• Days £13 + £15 overtime
• Nights £14 + £18.00 overtime
• Saturday £15.86 overtime
• Sunday £17.78
