1st Line IT Support – Hybrid Working

Salary: £36,000 per year

Do you have IT Support experience?

If so, our client has an excellent Hybrid-working 1st Line IT Support role available to start ASAP, basic salary up to £36,000depending on experience.

The Company/ Role:

• An established specialist software provider working on a National basis, providing a valued and superior software service to multiple clients.
• This varied and hands-on IT Support role will involve dealing with external clients and users of their software.
• Typically working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home, you will need your own vehicle due to the location of the office being between Rushden and Huntingdon, on the border of Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire.

The Person:

• You will be aiming to become an Ideal Software product expert, with a proven track record of providing 1st line IT support to customers.
• Triage, manage and aim to resolve incoming data faults whilst escalating to the development team when required.
• Collating and communicating fault information to ensure quick resolution.
• Knowledge of tablets/smart phones running Android.
• Good knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 environments * Office Suite 2016 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Microsoft SQL Server – ability to query the database.
• Any experience of Sage 50/Sage 200/Xero accounting solutions will be beneficial.
