On offer is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a locally established and expanding Construction company. The right candidate will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects within the construction sector and have a chance to progress to directorship level if earnt.

In this role you will be working under/alongside Senior Management to assist with management duties and to develop skills under their leadership and ultimately replacing them in their position once they retire. Your role will include contract management, project management, client relationships, and ultimately ensuring the delivery of an excellent service.
The ideal candidate will have vast experience in the construction industry (pre construction & procurement processes), with at least 8 years’ experience in contract management. The company would also consider a Project Manager who is looking to step up, but knowledge in civils would be essential. The successful candidate should have great knowledge of the civils industry in both commercial and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a variety of completed projects under their belt and will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects at one time.

The Role:
*Manage projects from cradle to grave (multiple contracts at one time)
*Surveying of works and assisting in the submission of tenders
*Management of labour

The Person:
* Significant knowledge and experience in the construction industry on varied projects. Civils knowledge is essential
* Good experience (8 years minimum) in Contracts Management
* Technically minded, with ability to work individually and part of a team
