Junior Campaign Manager

Due to expansion, this unique company with operations nationwide, has a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Campaign Manager to work within a busy team. Reporting into the Senior Campaign Manager you will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing campaigns, ensuring all plans are delivered on time and to budget.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Working with the Campaign Manager and Senior Campaign Manager to proactively identify and implement sustainable campaign plans for each partner in line with the top level marketing plans and timings as set by the General Manager

2. To deliver budgeted sales from campaigns, on time and within agreed cost per sale targets

3. Manage the development and implementation of advertising materials, sales aids, support packages, point of purchase etc

4. Implement an ongoing testing programmes notably around offer, product, creative and new/previously unused media

5. Undertake campaign analysis and make recommendations on an ongoing basis

6. To deliver clear and consistent briefs to agency account teams and printers to ensure control of marketing costs

7. Assisting Campaign Manager to forecast future requirements for marketing literature and ensure that stock levels are maintained at cost effective levels

8. To develop working relationships with internal clients, external suppliers, colleagues and partners to ensure fast and clear resolution of any queries raised.

In order to be considered for the role you will have a qualification in marketing or similar such as the CIM or a degree, you will have good basic grounding in marketing, good spoken and written communication skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills and good organisational and time management skills.
