Infrastructure Manager (Network Operations)

Infrastructure Manager, with experience in Data Networking, is now required to join our client in Shirley

Role Description:
On – call Escalation
Ticket Quality
Process adherence & Security compliance
Customer feedback ( Appreciations, CSAT survey results)
Knowledge sharing & documentation
Root cause analysis / Problem Management + Capacity / Architectural Management
SLA compliance for tickets
Value Add
Training / Mentoring

Skills:
experience in Data Networking, especially in the enterprise network environment
experience in Managing, design, implementation, migration and transformation projects
Preparation of High Level, Low Level Documentation, Conducting Proof of Concepts, preparation of POC testing plans
Excellent hands-on experience on Data Networking technologies and products.
Experience working in large and multiple data centre design, build and migration projects
Experience in managing Global customer
CCNP (Must), CCIE Certified (Optional)
Other OEM Certifications i.e. on Juniper, Brocade will be preferred.

Technical skills:
Excellent hands-on experience on the following technologies:
* Routing protocols – EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
* LAN Switching – VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, CoS
* WAN – MPLS, MPLS/VPN, MP-BGP
* TCP/IP protocol suite, Quality of Service
* Application protocols – HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, (1.) Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution)
