Recruitment Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year

Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector – a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage. 

They growing and growing fast and need a Recruitment Manager/Internal Recruiter to assist with this growth and make a real contribution to the growth of the business.

Good basic salary with realistic OTE of £26,000on top of salary. Guaranteed bonus for 4 to 6 months whilst you establish your pipeline.

It’s office based, 9 to 5 Monday to Friday but some possibility of home working a day or so a week.

You will be recruiting for Property sales consultants, Sales Admins, Regional Valuers, Sales Negotiators, Conveyancing Progressors and associated support staff.

YOUR ROLE WILL BE:

• Placement of candidates within the business and other associated group companies
• Managing the 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish for additional clients.
• Talent mapping and headhunting the best candidates for each role.
• Placing adverts, managing responses and booking interviews.
• Sourcing the right candidates and organising both telephone and face to face interviews.
• Utilising Job boards, social media and LinkedIn to identify and recruit the best of passive and active property professionals.
• Ensuring that we have a constant talent pool of high-quality sales and property professionals.
• Negotiating fees, salaries and offers.
• Closing the deal / Placement for attractive commission bonuses!
