Sous Chef

Our client is a beautiful local Hotel and Restaurant with an enviable reputation that serves multi Rosette standard food and which is all set in stunning grounds near Northamptonshire.

We are seeking a seeking a creative individual with a genuine passion for their trade and a strong culinary knowledge to help develop the restaurant business. You will be working a in a talented team and be given the opportunity to work with the finest seasonal and local produce.

This role requires a driven individual with experience at a Sous Chef level gained within a rosette or fine dining operation. You will also need to have strong organisational and management skill combined with being financially astute as you will be supporting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
