Education Recruitment Manager

Fox search is recruiting for an Education Recruitment Branch Manager to take over an established and successful branch in central London

The reason the position has come about is due to the current Manager going to relocate abroad. A full hand over will commence before they depart.

You will be working for a large independent Teacher Recruitment agency that already has several profitable branches across the UK, recent investment has allowed the company to grow in size dominance.

You must have education recruitment experience along with strong management skills and expertise. You will be talking over an already existing team of 6 a mix of Senior, consultants and trainees.

Your role as a Manager will be to continue motivating and developing your team and providing feedback to the Directors.

This is already a successful branch so it will only take a few tweaks and alterations to put your stamp on things.

It’s an easy going team who work well together and share friendly office banter.

You will have some amazing weekly incentives to offer your consultants, which can be monetary, short weekend breaks, finishing early on a Friday, gift vouchers.

This will be in addition to a very competitive commission structure, several of the consultants are already earning three times their basic salary through bonus and commission payments.

Along with your own ideas and thoughts you will have a very supportive and structured business model to help guide you which has been tweaked, developed and modified over the years.

Your branch will supply Teachers and support staff over a manageable and defined geographical area of the South England.

You will supply into Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and SEN Schools/Pupil Referral Unit’s with a particular emphasis on Long term and permanent placements, alongside the “day to day” supply.

To aid you with your branch and staff development you will have access to some excellent marketing material, effective pay roll, compliance and back office support.

This is not a struggling branch, in fact it is 20% over forecast budget, so doing very well indeed, you will also have a headcount for an extra two consultants.

As a Manager you will be expected to lead from the front, this is most effective by running a small desk with some Schools and helping the consultants through business development in addition to your other responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will already have extensive knowledge and experience within education recruitment sector and be able to come in and hit the ground running!
