* £26,000basic salary rising to £19,000 after 3 month probation period

Telesales Executive Role
* Aim for excellence, by having a strong drive to meet targets consistently.
* Achieve weekly KPI’s and manage objection handling where required.
* Thorough research on prospect clients to ensure an understanding of the needs and requirements.
* Cold calling new business prospects.
* Identify new sales opportunities from existing business.
* Writing introduction emails to introduce and explain the full ranges of Courses/Seminars/Training.
* Managing the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.

Telesales Executive Sales Requirements
* 1 year’s B2B experience in a target driven environment
* Strong team player
* Be resilient and the ability to work under pressure
* Committed, enthusiastic and highly organised
* Self-motivated and efficient
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to build and retain relationships
