Fab Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a QCF (NVQ) Assessor for a leading private training provider.
You will support and assess learners working towards their qualifications in Adult health & Social Care at L2/ L3 and up to L5
You will be required to;
Observe and assess candidates in their workplace
examining candidates’ portfolios of evidence
questioning candidates about how they would deal with non-standard situations
providing feedback and offering advice if the standards are not met
signing off the award when all the requirements have been met
keeping records of candidates’ progress
attending standardisation meetings with other assessors / team leaders
working closely with training staff and learners managers

Qualifications and Experience required;
Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care OR Equivalent

Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment
Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement
Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
OR Previous Assessor Qualifications A1 / A2 / D32 / D33

Applicants must have previous experience of managing a caseload of learners
