Internal Recruiter

Salary: £26,400 – £36,000 per year

Brewster Partners have an urgent requirement to recruit an Internal Recruiter for a healthcare business based in York. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running ideally with experience in recruiting clinical roles.

This role is available straight away so for immediate consideration!

THE JOB:

Ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified talent to meet targets and forecasts.
Write compelling job adverts and promote the company brand.
Source relevant candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline.
Attend careers fairs to attract new talent.

THE PERSON:

This is a fast paced role so you need to be able to manage multiple tasks at any one time.
Previous experience in an internal or agency recruitment role is essential.
Medical / clinical recruitment experience would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
