Newly Qualified Primary Teacher

Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year

We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner with high standards and expectations to start in September.
As an NQT you will be given dedicated and regular release time, enabling you to make a real difference to enthusiastic pupils in the school.
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold UK QTS, or overseas equivalent
* Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
* Establish a safe and stimulating environment for pupils
* Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
* Plan and teach well-structured lessons
* Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
* Have a clear understanding of the needs of all pupils
* Give pupils regular feedback, both orally and through accurate marking, and encourage pupils to respond to the feedback.
* Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
* Maintain good relationships with pupils and colleagues, knowing how and when to draw on advice and specialist
* Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
