Leading the team on a day to day to deliver high quality person centred services.
Effectively fulfilling the role of Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to a number of service users. Deliver a range of clinical interventions that meet the assessed needs of the people served.

Being a positive role model in management challenging behaviours using the principles of PBS. Motivating and supporting individual team members to achieve personal fulfilment in their work. Delivering clinical supervision which supports staff to develop & manage the stresses of their job. Develop effective managerial supervision and appraisal that support staff to achieve their optimum performance. Support the service is achieving a positive reputation that is evidence through high inspection grades & being the service of choice of commissioners and service users.

PACKAGE AVAILABLE

Competitive salary according to experience –
HOSPITAL: Deputy Manager £37,099 – £38,992; Clinical Nurse Manager £30,541 – 34,741; Staff Nurse £24,121 – 26,468
CARE HOME: Senior Staff Nurse £25,980 – 29,035; Staff Nurse £23,197 – 26,466
Relocation allowance – up to £3,000
End of probation bonus – £1,000 for completion of successful probation period of 6 months
