Are you a parts sales professional with telephone sales experience and a background in an automotive or factory environment? If so, read on.

Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of liquid waste tankers and jetting equipment in Europe. An opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious Parts Sales Advisor to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on parts salesperson looking to take their next step with an organisation focused on their employees and offering exceptional rewards.

As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will be tasked with providing assistance to all aspects of the Parts Department, ensuring, in collaboration with the Parts Team, that the Department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Specifically, you will answer telephone enquiries, assist customers to identify parts and resolve their queries. You’ll work on the trade counter, acting in a friendly, helpful capacity and providing great service to customers at all times.

Additionally, you will advise customers on product availability and delivery times and help to set up an online sales operation within the department in order to grow sales.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

– At least one year’s parts sales experience
– Telephone-based sales experience
– Automotive or factory experience

As a Parts Sales Advisor, you must possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. Professional and attentive, you must also be organised with a team player mentality.
