Parts Advisor

Our client, whom are a well-established and well respected dealer group based in the Norfolk Area. My clients are a multi franchise dealer group who offer career stability and development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The role will work on both the front and back counters providing an excellent customer service to both customers and colleagues, both face to face and on the telephone. You will demonstrate the ability to work in an organised manner and capability to work to deadlines, allowing parts to be fed to the workshop whilst maintaining appropriate stock levels.

We are looking for individuals who possess the following competencies:
Computer literacy is essential and working knowledge of Kerridge management system is an advantage. Parts experience is essential for this role. This is a great opportunity for someone to take on more responsibility as you are the only parts person within the department.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 8am until 6pm and Alternate Saturday morning.
