Financial Controller

Salary: £84,000 per year

Financial Controller – Contract – Nr Salisbury – £70,000

This is a key Financial Controller contract position covering a maternity leave post within this global business.

This role will report into the CEO & Group Finance Director and will represent the finance function within the business, including within the Global Leadership Team. You will have a marked contribution to the business finances and oversee all company accounts globally (UK & US).

Utilising your finance expertise from a commercial background and with your knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, you will impact the company financial objectives.

In addition you will:-

• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Manage FX risk & cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
• Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountant and financial assistant
• Lead and collaborate with auditing services to ensure compliance with all regulations
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities

Are you?:-

– CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified

– have significant experience within a similar finance role

– competent with financial reporting and forecasts

Other information:-

– To start immediately

– The role will require working in the London office one day per week (travel expenses will be paid)

– 4-10 month contract with the possibility of further involvement in the business thereafter

– FT hours but a more PT working structure may be considered
