Main Purposes of role:
To provide excellent customer service to their European clients

The main duties include:
– To handle customer enquiries by fax, phone in timely manner
– To progress and track orders to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained
– To develop business relationship with new and existing clients
– To establish quotations
– To help the Sales Team by giving administrative support
– To translate documents as required

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English, Spanish (Written & Spoken)
– Previous commercial experience (customer service, Sales Coordination, Account Management)
– An Engineering background will be an asset
– Team player
– Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
– Keen to progress
– Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
– Business acumen
– Well organised with a structured approach to work

The Salary: Up to £30,000pa
