Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Residential Child Care Worker and a Residential Child Care Worker to join a busy team supporting Looked After Children in the Cumbria area.
To apply for the position of Senior/Residential Child Care Worker you will have extensive experience within a Residential Children’s Home and a minimum NVQL3 Residential Childcare Qualification – an NVQL4 would be desirable.
The service supports Young Girls with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, presenting with challenging behaviour.
The role of Senior Residential Child Care Worker will involve leading a staff team on shift, supervision and appraisal of these staff.
You will ideally be a driver and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.
Salary: £26,000dependent on qualifications and experience
