Our client manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of franking office equipment and provides mailing solutions.
They have been trading in the UK for over 20 years but are a Global Group
They are currently entering a stage of controlled expansion aimed at increasing its rapidly expanding market share.

Based from their Harlow office

The Role/Duties
Take information from supervisors regarding cold / warm calling techniques
Prospect, research and uncover new business opportunities to develop into leads
Call potential customers by following calling lists provided by Line Manager
Greet customers as they pick up the phone and introduce yourself and the company
Provide information regarding our services and products
Answer any questions that the potential customer asks to the best of ability
Make sure that the potential customer is not interrupted during conversation or questions
Take information from potential customers regarding their specific product or service needs
Enter all information directly on to the company database
Set appointments with potential customers at their convenience
Assign a member of the sales force to each potential customer by providing briefs of conversation and customer needs
Ensure that sales force member follows up with potential customers
Document all calls made to potential customers
Where applicable sell to new customers under managerial supervision

The Package
The basic salary will be Negotiable
The commission package will be uncapped with an O.T.E potential of £26,000 per year
The annual leave entitlement is 20 days. (Plus an additional day after one year)
