Residential Lead – Veterans Charity
Band 7
Salary; 42,480 – 48,611, per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time – 09.00-16.30 with some flexibility to work evenings, weekends and shifts as required.
About the client:
We are recruitment on behalf of the UK’s leading charity for veterans mental health.
Our client provides UK-wide support to veterans from every service and every conflict, on the please apply line, in the community and at our treatment centres.
About the role:
-This is a newly created operational management post working in the South hub’s residential service.
-Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The postholder will oversee the day-to-day running of the service and be a single point of contact for staff working in the team and support services.
Key responsibilities include:
-Line management of the nursing team and the rota
– Making best use of operational resources and ensuring regulatory requirements are met
