Investment Agent, Niche Property Consultancy

My client is a global, multidisciplinary property consultancy in London who due to exponential growth, is now looking to boost its Investment Agency team with an MRICS Surveyor. This firm specialises in providing personal, focused investment advice to both UK and international investors wishing to purchase commercial assets in prime locations in London and other major cities in the United Kingdom. Boasting an impressive track record and client list, my client is supported by its deeply-rooted network of contacts within the UK property investment community.

Role Objective:

The successful candidate will support the Director by carrying out investment sales and acquisitions from a list of long advisory instructions and be expected to work in a multi-disciplinary team culture and to deal with high profile office assets.

Duties:

*To provide high quality objective investment advice to a variety of clients including funds, property companies and private investors
*Actively source product for clients, working closely with colleagues and network of contacts
*Evaluate suitable investment opportunities, negotiate transactions and oversee due diligence and legal documentation
*Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients at a senior level, actively developing business opportunities
*Establish and build strong networks and profile in local and national markets
*Ensure exceptional client service and drive delivery of new initiatives
*Ensure successful delivery at key phases of client assignments

You will be:

*Newly Qualified to Senior Surveyor level
*MRICS qualified
*Strong analytical mind and ability to take strategic overview
*Fully competent with an excellent understanding of leases
*Able to communicate effectively
*Delivering high profile business initiatives
*Natural networker with strong presentation and communication skills

*Must have excellent Excel skills and a strong financial acumen with good numerical and grammar skills
*Will need to be proactive, able to multi task and prioritise
*Must be a confident and articulate communicator, with client facing experience
*Strong IT skills (MS Excel, Power point, SharePoint, Word)
*A good team player, with a diligent and enthusiastic attitude
*Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately
*Previous experience in the property sector
