Due to expansion, my client has a rare opportunity to join their company as a Territory Account Manager covering the London location. They are a household name within their sector and are currently working towards building within their territory BDM teams.

The Purpose of the Role of Territory Account Manager – FMCG

As a Territory Account Manager, your remit will be to manage multiple accounts across your location within an established customer base of FMCG customers. Dealing with local independents, symbol groups and convenience stores. your role will be to improve brand visibility and introduce new product ranges to your customers. The role will include some technical knowledge, installing the equipment and training the retailers. This exciting position will play to the strengths of those who enjoy developing relationships with customers and excel in an extremely fast-paced environment.

For the position of Territory Account Manager – we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Have previous experience of managing a territory within the FMCG sector within the local independent sector or other types of wholesale or FMCG retail
• Have experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Have experience of raising brand awareness
• Ambitious and driven to further their career
• Structured and organised approach to sales
• Excellent team working ability
• Must be well presented, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
• Great relationship and account management skills
• Full driving licence with the use of a car (Car allowance given)
•  Previous experience of using a CRM system and journey planning
