Artworker

Are you an artworker available immediately that could commit to a 5 month fixed term contract? If so then please read on. We are currently looking for x 7 artworkers for a large well known brand in South Somerset. We need people who have experience of both Mac and PC operating systems, who are used to working with Indesign and Quark Express. The role is to support a migration of their internal systems, and involves maintaining their current offering whilst the new system is tested and fully verified.

You would be responsible for the following:
• Producing catalogue page artwork to a consistently high standard using Quark Xpress.
• Amending catalogue page artwork accurately, following instructions on marked-up page proofs.
• Creating other promotional artwork material, to support catalogues, when required
• Maintaining catalogue artwork templates and style sheets, in conjunction with agreed briefs and guidelines.
• Liaising with the Media and Content team to ensure modules and images are consistent, accurate and appropriate.
• Creating finished PDF page artwork for supply to the internal Print team

You will need to be a team player, self motivated and have great communication skills to succeed in this assignment. The role attracts a Salary: £26,000per year, and we need to be able to have people in place by the end of November, who are able to work a 40 hour week during normal office hours.
