Artworker

A book publishers are looking for an Artworker for a 6- 9 month contract offering £30k.

The role would suit someone who has a methodical approach and impeccable attention to detail. Good progress reporting skills are required along with experience of working to deadlines. An interest in typography would be an advantage.

Able to take briefs from the Art Director and members of the Marketing and Marketing Services teams on creation of assets and artwork-ready materials.

Complete order forms from templates, ensuring artwork is supplied to repro/printers following correct pagination and specifications.

Work closely with Marketing Services team to provide final artwork within deadlines.

Follow company Brand Book to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Provide visual assets as required, ie. accessing asset library, etc…

Experience using the following software will be required.
* Quark Xpress
* Illustrator
* Photoshop
* Acrobat
