HOME SALES REPRESENTATIVE / SALES AGENT

SALARY: Self Employed, with earning potential of up to £26,000 – £36,000(uncapped), based on a positive can do attitude.

LOCATION: Field sales, working from home, you should be accessible to the Plymouth, Torquay, Exeter, Dartmouth areas of Devon.

HOURS: You will have the freedom and flexibility to manage your own diary.

Working from leads, you will be taking a consultative approach to your sales, helping customers select the best products to fulfil their needs, and although working autonomously, you will still be ‘part of the family’, as you work in close partnership building the profile of this unique in-home consultancy division, which has been established for over 30 years.

After full training and ongoing support, your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:

* Following up leads and enquiries.

* Offering bespoke product advice and guidance.

* Taking orders and measurements.

* Managing your own diary and booking home visits.

* Liaising with internal sales team to obtain a constant flow of leads.

To ensure the best earning potential, you will be a highly motivated, energetic, customer focussed individual, with excellent sales skills, a friendly polite manner, and a professional, consultative approach to delivering the highest possible standards.

As the position involves discussing solutions for home furnishings, ideally you will be a practical person with some knowledge of interiors, or be willing / able to learn about the industry.

While your background is less important than your potential, you will have previous sales, customer service or sales support experience. Your previous roles may have included: Customer Service Representative, Customer Services Executive, Sales Support, Telesales Executive, B2C Sales Agent, Freelance Sales Consultant, Field Sales Executive, or any role involving customer interaction.
