Compliance and Audit Officer

My client operates within the Finance industry, we are currently supporting them to attract and recruit for a Compliance Officer to join their Kent based team.

A highly regulated environment that requires a down to earth candidate with a relaxed but methodical, analytical and inquisitive approach. We are looking for a compliance savvy individual that can make decisions based on facts.

Working with High risk investments and funds you will act as the regulatory and the liaison between FCA and the NCA. You will meet with clients and analyse their investment offerings, you will review and on-board clients that have complex corporate structures and work within a Pier review environment.

Working and instilling a compliance culture is a key part of this role. You will be the lead in identifying financial crime.

Training and funding of your CISI exam and CF11 qualifications will be provided

Salary 25-35k depending on experience (3k annual bonus in addition) Hours Full time ideally but flexible for the right person. Possible Part-time hours considered.
