• The ability to produce tidy, accurate and good-looking proposal drawings, typically in classical architectural styles (both computer-generated and hand-drawn) along with specifications and outline schedules
• Brilliant people skills, confidence in dealing with those from different cultures and backgrounds and the ability to conduct yourself in a highly professional yet friendly manner, exercising honesty and integrity
• A understanding of material functions, principles and processes (timber/joinery work, metal, glass, finishes and fixtures)
• An independent, self-motivated and can-do approach with strong time management, time planning and prioritisation skills
• Significant experience in dealing with projects which range in size and complexity, ideally including projects in central London and outside the UK
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning standards
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite as well as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
