Rate: £24,000 – £30,000

The company:
My client is an Architectural practice that specialises in Residential planning and development.
They are a small social team that are seeking a Designer with around 4 years’ experience in the Architectural sector and 1 years’ experience in a structural environment.
This is company has recently secured a number of projects, so there will be plenty of work available to keep you busy!
About you:
I am seeking a candidate with experience predominantly within Residential design
Proficient with AutoCAD
Experience in planning applications and Building regulations
Good knowledge of producing Structural drawings
Experience:
Educated to degree level or higher in Architecture or Structural Engineering
AutoCAD: 5 years
Revit: 2 years
