Site Manager – New Build Affordable Housing – Temp to Perm

Our Client is a reputable and well known contractor based predominantly in the North West.
Specialising in New Build Affordable Housing, they currently seek to recruit a Site Manager.

This is initially a temporary position with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.There are two sites in the Merseyside area at varying stages of development, this position would suit a Site Manager who has experience of taking a development from start to finish.

Job specification – Site Manager New Build Affordable

– Site build from the inception to handover
– Health and Safety
– Ensuring site is completed to time and budget constraints
– Liaison with client and building control
– Control and monitoring of sub-contractors

Experience / Qualifications – Site Manager New Build Affordable Housing

– Previous new build housing experience is essential
– Excellent attention to detail
– Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
– SMSTS
– CSCS Management
– First Aid Certificate
