Based in SW11 – due to a change in ownership, this catering business is now seeking an experienced Butchery Catering General Manager who will be respoinsible for the day to day smooth running of the operation.

Reviewing current procedures and updating systems to adapt to the increased volume of business to ensure efficiency and quality of service remains in place.

We are looking for someone with the ability to oversee this muti-million pound turnover operation and has experience and knowledge of the butchery sector.

You will be a clear thinker, with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate the ability to manage and develop this business.

A salary of £84,000is offered.
