Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Agent. Home Based

Location: Flexible Home-based.
Salary: £26,000per year

We have a unique opportunity for a number of customer service representatives to work for a leading utilities supplier! You will be joining a Global leader in virtual technology solutions. We are looking for keen and motivated individuals who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service!

Responsibilities:

Providing customer support via phone and email to resolve all enquiries.
Ensure all information related to customer issues is logged and tracked.
Identify customer issues and provide targeted solutions.
Achieve Quality, Satisfaction & Metric driven Targets.

Requirements:

A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a customer service or customer-oriented role.
Exceptional communication skills and strong fluency in spoken and written English.
Must be dedicated, self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
Familiarity with the internet and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a phone based customer-focused environment.
A recent CRB may be required to progress your application.
Initial training duration of 2-4 weeks will need to be undertaken if successful.
