Data Analyst

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a leading retailer as they look to recruit an ambitious and commercially astute Data Analyst.

Working on a hybrid bases from state of the art facilities based on the outskirts of Wakefield, the successful Data Analyst will play a key role in delivering value added reporting and data that will be used at all levels across the group.

As Data Analyst for you will be responsible for:

●Weekly KPI Reporting
●Analysing and reporting on key volume variances
●Providing detailed analytical support on the feasibility of project appraisals
●Utilising key business data to build dashboards and reports to help measure cost savings and new initiatives
●Working with new tools to take reporting to the net level
●Provide support during peak business periods to understand the impact on supply and demand
●Playing a part identifying points of improvement through analysing customer intel ands data
●Support the operation and senior management with ad-hoc requests to support business growth

We are keen to speak to candidate with the following skills and experience:

●IT literate with strong Excel skills
●SQL experience (T-SQL, SMSS, Databricks)
●Ability to analyse large quantities of data
●Ability to present and deliver findings in their simplest form to the key stakeholders
●Excellent planning and organisational skills
●Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality on time
●Able to communicate effectively and be self-motivated
●Power BI experience is highly desirable
