Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer *contract*

Salary: £33.6 per hour

We’re recruiting for a contract multiskilled maintenance engineer for our client who are leading manufacturer in Wakefield. This is a state of the art manufacturing facility that has recently had significant investment. If you’re looking to work in a team of expert engineers on state of art machinery then this could be the contract for you.

The Person:

• Apprentice trained – NVQ level 3 minimum.
• Experienced in a manufacturing environment.
• Self motivated / Analytical / Reliable.

The Role:

• Planned preventative maintenance.
• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of: Metal detectors, Conveyor Systems, Refrigeration units, Filling machinery, Pro-sealers, Mixers and Stackers.
• Inputting data to the CMM system.
• PLC fault finding.
• Project Work – Installation / Reliability.

This role is working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hour days and nights. This is a contract role and is paying up to £33.6 per hour dependent on level of multiskilling and experience.
